Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to The International Journal of Management, Business, and Economics (IJMBE) are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process. Manuscripts should present original research that significantly contributes to the fields of management, business, and economics. Submissions must be in English and formatted according to APA style (7th edition), including clear and concise writing, proper citations, and a structured organization.

Manuscript Preparation: Authors should include a title page containing the manuscript title, abstract (150-250 words), keywords (3-5), and author details (names, affiliations, and contact information). The main text should be logically organized into sections such as Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and cited in the text with detailed captions and explanations.

Originality and Ethics: Manuscripts must present original work that has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors should adhere to ethical standards in research and publication, including the proper citation of sources and the disclosure of any conflicts of interest or funding sources that could influence the research.

Peer Review Process: All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Expert reviewers evaluate the manuscript's originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and relevance to the field. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback before a final decision is made by the editorial board.

Formatting and Style: Authors must ensure manuscripts are formatted correctly according to the journal's guidelines. This includes using Times New Roman or Arial font, 12-point size, double-spaced, and with margins of at least one inch. References should follow APA style guidelines, providing complete and accurate information for all sources cited in the manuscript.

Submission Process: Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal's online submission system. Authors should carefully follow the submission instructions provided on the journal's website, including any specific requirements for file formats or supplementary materials.

Publication Ethics: Authors should familiarize themselves with and adhere to the journal's publication ethics policies, including plagiarism prevention and authorship guidelines. By submitting their work, authors affirm that all co-authors have agreed to the submission and that the manuscript represents original work free from plagiarism and other ethical violations.
